We consulted a few brokers a year in advance of offering our home for sale. Madeline had the best intuition, good data, and very strong empathy for our goals. She helped us to position the property right. We undertook some improvements outside and in, following her advice, and the result was that we captured a lot more of the embedded value there. She is very sensitive, very detailed, and highly responsive.
